This link type,
, is used to connect nodes and sub-catchments that form parts of the RORB and WBNM storage routing models which can be used to model broad-scale rural and urban catchments (the RAFTS type model employs the same overflow routing link that is used for pipe systems).
This can only be used if a RORB or WBNM model has been specified as the hydrological model that is to be employed.
Following a run, peak flowrates are presented in the Main Window as blue numbers. If multiple storms are used, the results for a particular storm can be selected from the pull-down menu that appears in the top-left corner of the Window. The Customise Text option in the View menu allows you to vary the on-screen display.
Flows through pipes can be examined using the Pop-Up (right mouse button) menu that provides options for graphing flowrates calculated during a run, or for displaying the numerical values.
Depending on the type of storage routing model being used, the hydrograph will show a single hydrograph, or a pair representing the hydrographs at the upstream and downstream ends.

Routing (attenuation)
Hydrological routing is the process of converting a hydrograph that passes through some part of a flow system to allow for the changes that occur during its passage. There are three main types of routing: catchment routing, which converts a rainfall ...
