Node drawing tool

This tool, , allows you to draw a simple node on the Main Window.

When you select this tool, the arrow cursor changes to a pencil. Click the point of the pencil where you wish to locate the node and the node symbol and a name will appear.  You can enter multiple nodes by holding down the shift key as you click. If you enter one by mistake, click it, then press the right mouse button and select Delete.

To enter data, right-click the required node symbol, which opens a pop-up menu.  Selecting Edit Data from this opens the Node property sheet. This can take different forms depending on the position of the node.
