Weir tool

Weir tool

This tool, , is used to draw multiple outlets from detention basins, even when these are subject to tailwater influences. Like the orifice tool, it is only available with the Full Unsteady Hydraulic Model.

These objects link a detention basin to a pit or node.  So that more than one orifice or weir can connect two end points, the weir and orifice objects can be bent by dragging and dropping the letter in the centre of the link.

To enter or view data for the object, you should right-click your mouse pointer on the sub-catchment symbol to bring up a menu from which you can select Edit Data to open the Weir property sheet.
